BTTB has committed itself to excellence and providing quality training is its cornerstone. While unorthodox in its approach, BTTB Performance Solutions has developed a total immersion training system in which all applicants will be enrolled free of charge. Training is compulsory; all materials will be provided.

BTTB Performance Solutions utilizes independent contractors as a means of containing overhead costs, thus aiding its ability to commit resources to better training, and better pay for its associates. The positions of Analyst and Consultant are independent contractor positions. All positions are part on-site, part telecommuting. BTTB Performance Solutions is interested in people who meet the minimum requirements listed below, regardless of prior experience. The position is entry level and offers competitive pay. Acceptance to the BTTB Performance Solutions' team is based on conditional completion and stisfactory testing scores after training is complete.

Prior experience in Quality Control or Management a plus but not requisite.

Requirements for Analyst positions:

Enrollment, and completion of BTTB Performance Solutions' training program
• Internet connection at home for filing paperwork using the virtual office.
• Working knowledge of Win OS 98/2000/ME/XP
• Ability to fill in Excel spreadsheets, the format most commonly used in Audits.
• Professional writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to self motivate and work unsupervised
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
