How much will this cost? Economical BTTB Performance Solutions has geared its pricing to reflect the need for small to medium sized companies to have access to information concerning their workforce, enabling them to make informed decisions as where to best spend their dollars, or cut their costs without sacrificing quality. Pricing is determined by the number of employees they have, not by how many hours we work.
Will this process disrupt my work environment? Minimally Invasive BTTB Performance Solutions understands that a client's time is money and, with that in mind, we have created a system that is minimally invasive. Time spent interviewing is used wisely, with questions geared to gain the most information in the least amount of time. Analysts are on site for six hours a day, assuring that they work quickly, efficiently and thoroughly.
What will I get for my investment? High ROI Because clients pay per number of employees, there will be no hidden costs on their invoice. Every contract includes the services of two Analysts for comprehensive coverage of the client's work environment and peak efficiency, as well as one Consultant who acts in the capacity of liaison and disseminates findings. BTTB Performance Solutions will provide clients with detailed results of all audits, as well as all issues followed up on and, of course, recommendations for corrective measures.
How will this information be presented? Easy to Understand BTTB Performance Solutions designed its data sheets to reflect the client's need for information that is easy to understand. Clients will receive all audit sheets showing a detailed breakdown of which areas of TAACCT and which employees need immediate attention in order to achieve their company's goals. In addition, clients will receive charts reflecting this information in a simple to understand visual graphic format.
What do all of these numbers mean? Showing the Math Audit data sheets will contain the following information: · The total number of employees audited · Each employee's score for each question asked · The actual number and corresponding percentage of how employees scored within each of six performance levels assigned to each question (How many of your employees were Superior and how many were Critical?) · The individual TAACCT categories graph represents a visual summary of how many employees out of the total number interviewed scored at each performance level expressed as a percentage of the assumed 100% TAACCT score (What was the overall number of employees who were Superior and how many were Critical in each individual TAACCT category?) · The summary graph reflects a visual summary in simple bar graph format of how the total number of employees scored in each of the individual TAACCT categories expressed as a percentage of the assumed 100% TAACCT score (What is a given department's overall TAACCT score?)
How do I use this Information to help my Company get back on track? Pinpointing Problems A knowledgeable Consultant, trained to help clients use this information in the most effective way, will present all findings. Recommendations will be presented as a starting point to facilitate continuing improvements using TAACCT principles. There is no guesswork--clients will see with pinpoint accuracy exactly where they may be losing money, as well as potential losses not yet realized. The higher a client's TAACCT overall score, the better their personnel are performing--it's that simple. Regardless of the client's TAACCT overall score, they will find pockets of problems they may have been unaware of, or until now, had no way of addressing.
