Methodology
The focus at BTTB Performance Solutions is on working within a company's existing infrastructure by utilizing its current resources and staffing capabilities. We believe that most companies already have the means to deliver the highest possible quality product, or service. TAACCT works by taking an overview, or snapshot, of your company. This means that you tell us what you want in terms of your communication expectations, job parameters, job performance and company goals. We also address unmentionables, like sabotage and ego driven performance issues- two huge productivity killers.
The TAACCT system allows BTTB Performance Solutions to clearly identify where any imbalances between desired knowledge and actual knowledge lie, thereby pinpointing those areas requiring corrective effort. Finally, a system that removes the guesswork from your corrective action decisions!
TAACCT differs from most other systems in several ways. One way is the fact that its baseline score is 100%; we're assuming you're doing everything right. It is your company's personnel, through the custom designed audits' answers, that tell you how close you are to being where you think you are, or where you would like to be. TAACCT is also unique in that it levels the playing field; Managers' scores under TAACCT carry the same weight as the personnel they influence, and both Managers and the personnel they oversee take part in Audits. We also accomodate contract or temporary personnel; we've discovered over time that no one should be excluded from attempts to find and correct what isn't working. It's not about blame, it's about you and your personnel getting the tools you both need to succeed
There are no questions asked under TAACCT that do not directly correlate to the company's top-down view of requirements for your environment and personnel. We don't deal with subjective materials. If you want specific process, protocols, procedures and communications to occur, TAACCT is designed to tell you if they do. We don't guess, we inform using quantitative benchmarks — yours.
