BTTB Performance Solutions’ TAACCT system is geared towards the small to medium sized companies whose owners and managers want value for money without convolution and “acronym soup”. This is an important distinction to make, and we've found over time that companies may need help assessing what direction to take their company, or what processes to institute, as opposed to needing information telling them exactly how their current processes are working. You decide what should be occuring, we can tell you if it is. We also know that we cannot force you to make changes. We're ok with that; it's your company, we're here to give you the tools; you decide what to do with them.
